About Us

About Us:

Little Hippie Boutique & Lashes began in January 2019 under the name Little Hippie Lashes.

At the time I was already obsessed with the look and feel of mink strip lashes, but it was such a pain trying to find affordable companies to buy from that would ship to Canada without costing me an arm and a leg! I figured that if I was having such a hard time finding affordable, quality lashes, there must be other girls out there with the same problem, and Little Hippie Lashes was born. It started out with mostly just selling lashes to friends around my college campus, but as word got out it quickly grew to become a full blown business!

It's always been a dream of mine to run my own Western fashion boutique, so in June of 2019 I decided to pursue this dream and expand my little lash company into a full blown online boutique.

Today Little Hippie Boutique and Lashes offers a variety of boutique clothing for women who are looking for quality, affordable clothing with a western flair, as well as the top quality mink eyelashes we've become so well known for!

Little Hippie Boutique and Lashes follows the philosophies of "Babes supporting babes" and "Community over competition", we are a proud sponsor of rodeo queen programs, silent auction fundraisers, and other community events across Canada, we're so thankful for the support we've received and are always looking for ways to help give back to our community. If you're looking for our support in any way, please don't hesitate to contact us!

About Sarah:

Hey babes! I'm Sarah, owner of Little Hippie Boutique and Lashes. I'm a former city girl who moved to small town Alberta in 2015 and haven't looked back since! I now live outside of Olds, AB where I'm a full time student pursuing a degree in Agribusiness.

Little Hippie Boutique and Lashes is my way of adding a bit of glamour to the Western lifestyle, a way of life that isn't always notoriously glamourous. Growing up, I always thought that if I wanted to be a "real" farm girl, I had to wear dirty clothes, worn out boots, and never touch a makeup palette. This always caused issues for me because for as long as I can remember, I've been OBSESSED with makeup and fashion. I constantly felt like I had to choose between the cow chasin', horse ridin', yeehaw hollerin' cowgirl I wanted to be, and the dolled up city girl that all my friends knew me as. It wasn't until I became an adult that I realized I didn't have to pick just one. I'm now a firm believer that wearing makeup doesn't make you any less of a cowgirl, and wearing muddy cowboy boots doesn't make you any less of a lady, and I hope my company reflects this idea to all you babes.

My clothes and lashes are for the women who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty, the women who can get the job done no matter what, and the women who live life to the fullest no matter where their passion lies.

This little company has been a dream of mine for years, and I hope you love these products as much as I do!

xoxo, Sarah
